Short Summary:
You will act as the primary owner of a base of tech-touch customers, creating a customer lifecycle journey and developing strategies for customer success service programs. This role involves optimizing customer engagement and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary owner of a base of tech-touch customers.
- Create a customer lifecycle journey for customers.
- Research, plan, coordinate, and execute tech-touch customer success service programs.
- Craft a segmented approach to engaging tech-touch customers.
- Optimize consumption and adoption, monitoring measures for improvement.
- Support customers through targeted communications and health scores.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Carrier-facing teams.
- Contribute to product input feedback processes.
Requirement:
- 5+ years relevant work experience in Customer Success Tech Touch, Product Specialist, or Project Management.
- Experience in SaaS companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Jira and Salesforce is highly preferred.
