Short Summary:
We’re looking for a Product Designer to help define and build LSP44’s next generation of AI agent and API infrastructure, in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end experiences for LSP44’s AI agents and embeddable interfaces.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate complex logistics and agent workflows into clear, usable design.
- Design for two audiences: LSP operators and developers.
- Contribute to and evolve LSP44’s design system and interaction patterns.
- Run or contribute to user research and testing with LSP operators.
- Prototype rapidly to test agent interaction patterns.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in product design or UX, ideally within B2B SaaS or a technically complex domain.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Supply chain, logistics, or freight brokerage experience is a plus.
