The Dynamics 365 CE Solution Delivery Principal Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.
The Solution Delivery Lead will also guide and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams and clients.
- Oversee the development of technical specifications and solution documentation.
Project Leadership:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 CE consultants, developers, and testers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure team members have the necessary skills and training to deliver successful projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution delivery.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation.
- Develop training materials and user guides for clients.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred)
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, etc
- Understanding of data integration and migration strategies

$122,360 - $160,598 a year
Expected Salary Range plus 15% variable earnings
