Logos - Commerce Product Manager (US)
About Logos:
Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the church to grow in the light of the Bible. Our team is committed to increasing biblical literacy and accessibility for every Christian around the world. We do so by delivering value along three fronts: software tools, community collaboration, and rich digital content. Logos’ solutions portfolio connects users to the Word and to their communities. Based in Bellingham, Washington, Logos also has operations in Chandler, Arizona and Puebla, Mexico.
About the Role:
Logos is a purpose-driven tech company dedicated to building technology solutions that equip the church to grow in the light of the Bible. We're looking for a Commerce Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery across our commerce and payments tech stack. You'll define product vision, gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders, and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ship features that drive revenue and customer satisfaction. As user behavior shifts to the apps, you will need to partner with the Product organization to influence the discovery and monetization strategy within the Logos apps.
This role owns the technical backlog, roadmap, and delivery process. It partners closely with the Ecommerce Strategy Manager on requests that come out of conversion, merchandising, or channel-funnel work, but does not own CRO strategy or merchandising decisions directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog across two dev teams, ensuring the highest-impact items are always next up.
- Own the roadmap and sprint delivery process: agile ceremonies, PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative product data (web analytics, usage stats, customer trends) to inform prioritization.
- Translate CRO, merchandising, and funnel insights (from the Ecommerce Strategy Manager and channel owners) into clear, actionable technical requirements to be implemented by Engineering.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product strategy, personas, use cases, and features.
- Partner with a cross-functional product team of developers, designers, program managers, and testers through discovery, build, and release.
- Manage releases: coordinate timelines with Go-To-Market, write release notes, and deliver internal/external training on new features.
- Evaluate where AI can extend the commerce or payments experience (e.g. AI-assisted personalization, agentic/conversational purchasing flows, automated merchandising signals) and bring well-scoped proposals into the roadmap.
- Use AI tools to accelerate your own workflow, drafting specs, synthesizing research and support/analytics data, and grooming backlog items, while still owning the judgment calls yourself.
Requirements:
- 2+ years developing and deploying iterative digital software products, ideally in ecommerce or app monetization (subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls) - strongly preferred given this role's scope.
- 2+ years leading multi-disciplinary product teams through the full product design and development lifecycle.
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies, along with a flexible mindset as these processes evolve with AI.
- Experience owning and driving a product backlog and roadmap.
- Working knowledge of how AI is changing product experiences in commerce (personalization, agentic checkout, recommendation/merchandising automation) and comfort evaluating AI-driven feature proposals on their merits, not just their novelty.
- Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day for PM work (spec drafting, research synthesis, backlog grooming).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
Benefits:
- Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-paid basic life, long-term, and short-term disability
- Flexible paid time off
- 10 company-paid holidays per year
- 4 weeks' paid sabbatical after 10 years of service with an additional stipend
- Paid maternity and paternity leave policy
- Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options
- 401(k) plan (Includes an employer match of up to 4%)
- Awards and recognition program
