Senior Product Manager – PWS New Ventures
Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.
Senior Product Manager – PWS New Ventures
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland
Business Group: Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS)
The Role and the Team
At Logitech, we don’t just build tools—we bridge the gap between people and the digital world. As AI transforms that relationship, the PWS New Ventures team is defining what the personal workspace becomes next, beyond our existing categories.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the New Ventures team in Lausanne. You’ll drive new product concepts from first user insight to launch, across hardware, software and AI. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep appreciation for human-centred experiences and the technical grounding to bridge high-level experience design with low-level engineering, this role is for you.
The role is based on site in Lausanne three days a week, with up to 20% travel.
Your Impact
In this role, you will shape new experiences that help millions of people work, create and connect in new ways. You will:
- Identify, explore and validate white-space opportunities for the personal workspace at the intersection of AI, hardware, software and human-computer interaction.
- Lead AI-enabled products from concept to launch, acting as the bridge between Design, R&D and business teams.
- Balance desirability, feasibility and viability, combining a strong understanding of user experience with sound technical architecture and sustainable business models.
- Stay close to users at every stage, turning research, prototypes and real-world feedback into insights that drive product decisions.
- Build a clear point of view on AI and emerging interaction technologies, and on what they mean for Logitech and the future of the personal workspace.
- Partner with business leads to build the case for new opportunities where historical data doesn’t yet exist, and decide with evidence when to scale, pivot or stop.
- Turn early-stage innovations into lasting businesses that reach new users, new markets and new revenue streams.
Key Qualifications
You will bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
- 7+ years in product development, including successful launches of combined hardware and software products.
- A proven 0-to-1 track record: building products from scratch with high autonomy, strong ownership and the resilience to push through ambiguity.
- A strong grasp of AI, from on-device intelligence to AI-powered software and agentic workflows, and a clear sense of where it creates real value both for your own ways of working and for end-users.
- A human-centred approach to product development, grounded in deep user understanding, rapid prototyping with latest AI tools, and design thinking, and the sound judgment to stop or pivot concepts when user evidence doesn’t hold up.
- Confidence in navigating technical deep-dives, moving from high-level user experience discussions down to mechanical design, firmware, software and AI architecture.
- Strong business acumen to partner effectively with business and commercial teams.
- The leadership and communication skills to align and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Consumer electronics experience, ideally across both B2C and B2B
- Experience from a high-growth startup or corporate venture team is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Education
- Degree in engineering, design, business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus.
