PWS Paid Media Specialist - Internship

The Role:

Interns at Logitech work on a variety of impactful tasks. As a Paid Media Specialist Intern, you will support the planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization of digital marketing campaigns across key paid media channels. You will collaborate closely with agency partners, internal creative teams, and regional cross-functional partners to drive campaign success, track performance, and turn data into actionable insights. Throughout your internship, you will receive mentorship and support from your team with opportunities to grow your knowledge of digital marketing, media operations, and performance analysis.

Your Contribution:

• Campaign Management & Optimization: Support the setup, execution, and day-to-day optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms. Work closely with agency partners to ensure timely execution, accurate delivery, and proper budget pacing.
• Asset & Creative Coordination: Coordinate creative assets and trafficking with the internal creative team and agency partners, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule with the correct specifications and messaging.
• Analysis & Reporting: Pull campaign performance data and build regular performance reports, surfacing key trends and data-driven insights to guide the team's optimization decisions.
• Cross-Functional & Regional Support: Partner with regional and cross-functional teams (including Creative and DTX) to support campaign requests, project timelines, and ad hoc paid media initiatives.
• Process & Administrative Support: Maintain campaign trackers, media calendars, and operational documentation, while helping reconcile spend to keep paid media workflows organized and on schedule.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Data analytics experience, with the ability to work in Excel to explore, analyze, and convert campaign data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable creating clear, engaging reports and presentations.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to synthesize disparate data points and tell a compelling story with data.
• Comfortable leading discussions with cross-functional groups and communicating ideas clearly.
• Creative problem-solver who is comfortable thinking out of the box, applying systems thinking, and developing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and digital media.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
