The Role

As the Data Analytics & Insights Manager, you will bridge complex data to strategic action for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTX) eCommerce business. This is a high-impact role, supporting websites in 40 global markets and the ways we engage and build relationships with our consumers. It is equal parts data expertise and excellent communication, working closely with business partners to leverage data and insights to drive business decisions.

You will lead a team of analysts to move beyond reactive reporting to provide proactive, high-value insights that optimize front-end site performance, marketing efficiency, and the overall consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategic Partnership
  • Lead a team of 3–4 internal data analysts and external agency resources to deliver insights to business partners.

  • Build a culture and practice of proactive business partnering, serving as data partners to Website Product & Design, Digital Content, Marketing & Category, and Consumer Insight teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Ensure insights are actionable and commercially relevant for stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.

  • Guide prioritization of requests and initiatives across the team.

  • Drive Global Scalability, establishing standards for scalable analytical approaches where possible (e.g., marketing campaign reporting).

  • Reporting and Visualization - create and maintain dynamic dashboards on Tableau and automated reports to track key performance indicators for senior leadership and business partners.

  • Data Compliance, ensuring data practices comply with legal, privacy, and regulatory practices.

Technical Strategy & AI Innovation
  • Develop and execute the AI strategy for the analytics workflow to increase team efficiency and move toward predictive capabilities, partnering with our Digital Office to develop AI solutions.

  • Utilize Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and other data sources to understand the end-to-end consumer journey.

  • Partner with the Digital Growth Solutions team to ensure data layer integrity and governance across Snowflake, Tableau, and other core infrastructure.

Focus Areas for Insights
  • Site Performance: Partner with Product and UX team to analyze conversion flows, engagement, and feature effectiveness.

  • Consumer Insights: Manage and interpret sentiment data via CDP/CRM platforms, NPS, on-site surveys and other sources of consumer feedback..

  • Marketing & Category: Provide deep-dive analysis on marketing campaigns, New Product Introductions (NPIs), lifecycle marketing (CRM) and customer segments.

  • Site Content: Evaluate content engagement and efficacy across the site and consumer journey.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills. You can explain complex data trends to a Brand Manager or Creative Director without using jargon. You are a storyteller who uses data as your script.

  • SQL proficiency. Ability to write and optimize queries within a data warehouse (Snowflake), to join disparate data sources for platform-agnostic analysis (e.g., matching CRM data with web behavior)

  • 5–7 years experience in eCommerce analytics, with specific proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Experience working within a global organization, understanding the nuances of localized market data.

  • Proven experience managing direct reports and agencies, with a track record of leveling up team members' skills.

  • Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, Tableau) and a clear vision for how Generative AI can transform data analysis.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field. Masters degree preferred.
