LMI is seeking a Data Analyst to support a major office at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through data analysis, reporting, business process improvement, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This role provides hands-on analytical and business support for operational improvement, digital modernization, workflow analysis, performance measurement, data quality, and decision support.
The analyst will translate business and mission questions into clear data and reporting requirements; identify data needs, assess source quality, prepare and validate information, and deliver accurate, decision-ready dashboards, reports, and recurring analyses. The role combines independent ownership of moderately complex, multi-source analysis and Power Platform work with practical delivery support, including documentation, testing, data maintenance, stakeholder coordination, and request tracking. Working with project managers, developers, technical teams, and VA stakeholders, the analyst will help shape analytical approaches, review outputs for quality, and communicate findings and limitations in plain language.
