Creative Marketing Manager

Hi! We are Chapters.

Chapters is a multi-product tech company that spots big consumer problems and builds products that become part of everyday life for millions. Our goal is to build one of the world’s leading consumer tech companies, and the next generation of leaders who’ll build global businesses.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team and help build the next generation of creative production. Performance marketing is changing faster than ever. A few years ago, the competitive advantage was buying media better than everyone else. Then it shifted to making better creatives. Today, the advantage belongs to companies that can build AI-native creative systems.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses.

• Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced.

• Work closely with Design, User Acquisition, Growth and Product teams to launch, test and scale new creative concepts.

• Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC, generate actionable insights to optimize and improve results continuously.

• Continuously explore new formats, angles and narratives.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• Is naturally curious. You spend your free time analysing great advertising, following creators, reading Reddit threads, exploring new AI tools and trying to understand why people behave the way they do.

• Thinks in systems. You don’t optimise individual creatives. You optimise the machine that produces them.

• Analytical thinking. You know that great advertising isn’t magic. It’s strong consumer insights, great storytelling, relentless testing and fast iteration.

• Uses AI as a thinking partner. AI isn’t another tool in your stack. It’s part of how you research, write, analyse, create and make decisions.

• Learns faster than the market changes. Your biggest advantage is your ability to adapt faster than everyone else.

What Will You Enjoy Most About Being at Chapters?

• Culture of Curiosity: no playbook? Good. We dig deeper until we find what actually moves the business.

• Growth through Impact: ready for more? Take it. The value you bring defines how far you go, from your first role to launching and leading a new product.

• Trust and Ownership: the freedom to act and make decisions, with full ownership of the outcome.

• Expert Community: level up faster, working with global partners and people who raise the bar.

• Sport & Clubs: sport sections and professional clubs for sharing expertise, so there’s always a place to recharge and grow.

• Space for Ambition: offices in Kyiv, Lviv and Warsaw, built to keep your energy and focus high.

• Support During the War: we provide conditions for stable work and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery together.

Ready for Your Next Chapter?

If ambitious goals spark your curiosity, you’ll fit right in. Bring your drive, and let’s see how far it takes you.
