Join LivaNova as a Field Marketing Specialist – Neuromodulation, supporting a dynamic region of 23 countries across Eastern Europe and Israel. In this role, you will combine regional marketing, field activities and commercial collaboration, working closely with local teams, distributors and the European Marketing organization to support the growth of Neuromodulation therapies.

Responsibilities

• Drive local and regional Neuromodulation marketing initiatives across a 23-country territory, working closely with local teams and distributors.
• Act as a key link between European Marketing, Sales and local markets, ensuring alignment of regional and local priorities.
• Plan and support congresses, symposia, HCP education and customer engagement activities across the region.
• Develop and adapt marketing materials and communications for local markets, including supporting translations for Poland.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals and local commercial teams to identify market needs and opportunities.
• Support the implementation and coordination of marketing tools, campaigns and initiatives, including Showpad, Campus Connect and Salesforce.

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or a related commercial role, ideally within Healthcare or Medical Devices.
• Fluent Polish and English – both required for the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence interacting with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Open-minded, proactive and engaging, with the ability to build relationships across different countries and cultures.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
