ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and work on a modern Angular-based application in an international environment.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with strong Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS expertise who understands not only how to build frontend features, but also how to create applications that are maintainable, testable, accessible, and scalable.
Our frontend is built using modern Angular practices — currently Angular 22 — including standalone components, Signals, the new control flow, and inject-based dependency injection.
You will collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/design specialists, and other engineers while contributing to technical decisions and overall frontend quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and maintain modern applications using Angular.
Build reusable and maintainable components using standalone components and current Angular patterns.
Use Signals and RxJS effectively for state and asynchronous data flows.
Implement appropriate change detection strategies and optimize frontend performance.
Work with Angular Routing, Reactive Forms, and HTTP Client/interceptors.
Develop clean, strongly typed solutions using TypeScript.
Build responsive interfaces using SCSS and established component libraries/design systems.
Ensure applications meet accessibility standards, including WCAG basics, keyboard navigation, and ARIA.
Implement internationalization using ngx-translate.
Write and maintain unit and component tests using Jest and Angular Testing Library.
Develop and maintain E2E tests using Playwright.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture and engineering standards.
Work within established quality processes using ESLint, Prettier, Stylelint, Husky, and commitlint.
Collaborate with backend engineers on API design and integration.
Use Git, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines as part of everyday development.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong professional experience with Angular, ideally Angular 17+ or recent versions.
Senior-level knowledge of TypeScript.
Strong understanding of RxJS 7 and reactive programming.
Experience with modern Angular architecture and development practices.
Good understanding of component architecture, dependency injection, routing, forms, HTTP communication, and change detection.
Experience with SCSS and responsive web development.
Experience working with a component library or design system.
Understanding of frontend accessibility (a11y) and WCAG principles.
Experience with frontend testing, preferably Jest, Angular Testing Library, and Playwright, or comparable tools.
Good understanding of Git, containers, CI/CD, and REST/API integration.
Good awareness of AI and modern AI-assisted development — you don't need to be an AI engineer, but we expect you to understand the topic and its practical applications.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional engineering team.
Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
Nice to have
Experience with ngx-translate or similar internationalization solutions.
Experience using axe or other accessibility testing tools.
Previous experience working with enterprise-scale design systems.
Experience contributing to frontend architecture or mentoring other developers.
