• Market Penetration & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and close new B2B client relationships in France, focusing on the financial industry, trust services, and the public sector.

• Partnership Ecosystem Building: Strategically build and expand relationships with local integration partners, resellers, system integrators, and consultants to accelerate market adoption.

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account growth.

• Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex, long SaaS enterprise sales cycles from lead generation (inbound, outbound, events) to contract negotiation and closing.

• Tenders & Proposals: Lead the preparation of tailored commercial offers and coordinate participation in French public and private tenders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize French lead generation campaigns, and coordinate technical requirements with our IT Development and IT Operations teams.

• Onboarding Support: Guide clients through the initial onboarding phase and support them through their internal procurement processes.

• Experience: At least 5+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally within Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, trust services, or the fintech/financial sector.

• Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the French corporate and/or public sector landscape. An existing network within French banking or government tech is a major plus.

• Sales Excellence: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED).

• Negotiation Skills: Highly customer-oriented with strong closing skills and experience negotiating complex framework agreements.

• Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of software products and the ability to confidently present complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.

• Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in French and excellent professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). German is a plus but not mandatory.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel within France and occasionally to our headquarters in Germany (approx. 10% travel time).

• A Growth Market: Exciting tasks in the rapidly growing digital identity market with above-average growth rates.

• Premium Product: A highly respected, cutting-edge software solution tailor-made for high-security industries.

• Impact & Autonomy: Direct collaboration with the founders and management, with plenty of room for creative ideas and entrepreneurial approaches to market entry.

• Flexibility: A 40-hour work week with flexible hours and a hybrid/remote work model tailored to your location in France (or based in our Frankfurt/Berlin offices with a focus on France).

• Perks: 30 days of vacation, access to a premier network of international identity experts, and an attractive salary package with a performance-oriented bonus structure.
