Product Marketing Lead
About Linkfire and where we're heading
Linkfire is the marketing platform the music industry uses to connect fans with the music they love. Trusted by major labels including Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and BMG, as well as thousands of independent artists, labels, and podcasters, our smart links, bio links, and landing pages power music discovery and engagement every day.
We recently launched Artist Workspaces, giving every artist their own home on Linkfire and the foundation for a new generation of fan intelligence features. Our next chapter is about helping artists and their teams really know their fans: who they are, what they care about and how to reach them again. That means selling more tickets and more merch, and building fan relationships that last well beyond release week.
We have a packed roadmap heading into 2027, and it's vital that our customers know about the features we're shipping and see the value in them. That's where you come in.
The role
We're back in growth mode and rebuilding marketing, starting with this role. For now you'll operate as our solo in-house marketer, owning product marketing end to end. You'll report to the Director of Product and work closely with our product managers and commercial team.
The first job is clear: get our existing customers using what we've built, and turn their results into stories that help us sell to others.
You'll start with our owned channels (email, in-app, our website and socials) and our artist and label relations managers. You'll also have budget to get in front of customers, through industry events, visits to key clients and getting our message out more widely. If webinars or other new channels make sense, you can lead building them.
This isn't a performance marketing role. We expect to add performance and acquisition marketing when the time is right, as a dedicated function with its own resources, not an extra job on top of this one.
As marketing grows, there's a path to building and leading a team covering brand and identity, website, socials, and the onboarding journeys that convert new customers and keep existing ones.
What you will do
- Own the go-to-market for every feature and product launch: the narrative, who hears what and when, and the comms, assets and sends.
- Drive adoption and measure it, so we know which campaigns move usage and which don't.
- Identify customers getting value from the product, and turn their stories into case studies, testimonials, and content snippets our commercial team can use in sales conversations.
- Run our owned channels, from email and in-app to the website and socials, and own the tooling behind them.
- Represent Linkfire at industry events and in meetings with key customers.
What we are looking for
You might be a product marketer, a customer or lifecycle marketer, or a generalist who has run marketing on your own. The title matters less to us than what you've done.
- Several years in B2B or SaaS marketing, with a track record of launching features to existing customers and getting them used.
- Positioning instincts. You can work out who a feature is for, what problem it solves and why it matters, then build the launch around that.
- Hands-on experience with customer messaging tools such as Intercom, including segmentation and automation.
- Clear, persuasive writing. You can turn a technical feature into something a busy label marketer or artist manager will actually read.
- An eye for design and comfort creating content yourself. You’ll produce visuals and short videos for launches, working with our designer on the bigger pieces.
- Comfort with data. You set up tracking, read the results and change what you do because of them.
- An eye for a good customer story, and the persistence to get it signed off and published.
- You already use AI in your daily work and have opinions about where it helps and where it gets in the way.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the music industry, or another creator or entertainment market.
- An interest in how fan and customer data gets captured and used, whether from working with CRM or CDP tools or just being curious about it.
- Experience working asynchronously in a distributed team.
Location
We’d love you to be based in Copenhagen or elsewhere in Denmark. We’re a distributed company and plenty of our colleagues are fully remote, but we have a cosy office on Rentemestervej where many of us visit a couple of days a week. This helps us stay in sync and we’d like it if you can join us.
How to apply
Along with your CV, tell us about a feature launch you ran: what you did, and what happened to adoption afterwards. A couple of paragraphs is plenty.
Why join Linkfire
- Real ownership from day one. How we launch and talk to customers is yours to shape.
- Be part of what's next. We're changing what Linkfire offers, and you'll help tell that story.
- A product people already use. Millions of fans interact with our customers' landing pages every day, so there's real usage to build on.
- Flexible, distributed team. Colleagues across several countries, a Copenhagen office for those who want to be together, and working hours that fit around your life.
- Benefits. Six weeks’ paid holiday and a 4% company pension contribution.
