Full Stack Engineer (Python/AWS)

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain backend services in Python using FastAPI, Starlette and similar technologiesBuild secure authentication and authorization solutions using OIDC, SAML, JWT and SSOIntegrate applications with identity providers such as Azure AD and OktaDevelop asynchronous and concurrent Python applicationsBuild event-driven and streaming architectures using AWS messaging services and RedisDevelop REST APIs and microservices with focus on scalability, security and reliabilityDevelop and maintain frontend applications using React, Next.js or similar technologiesWork with AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM and VPCAutomate infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC toolsImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflowsWrite unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality standardsMonitor, troubleshoot and optimize application performance, security and reliabilityWork with data engineers, cloud engineers, AI engineers and product teamsContribute to AI-enabled solutions using MCP, RAG and Agentic AISupport production systems, incident resolution and continuous improvementRequirements7+ years of experience in Python backend developmentStrong experience with authentication protocols: OIDC, SAML, JWT, SSOHands-on experience with MCP, RAG and Agentic AIStrong software engineering background covering design, development, testing, deployment and production supportKnowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles and design patternsExperience designing robust and scalable APIs and microservicesStrong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, caching and fault toleranceHands-on AWS cloud experience, including compute, networking and IAMExperience with React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworksExperience with Docker, CI/CD and GitHub WorkflowsExperience with Terraform or CloudFormationKnowledge of software quality practices, automated testing, code reviews and static analysisExperience working in Agile environmentsStrong problem-solving, communication and ownership skillsAbility to quickly learn new technologies and work in a fast-moving Agentic AI environmentNice to haveExperience with data platforms, AI/ML integrations or database queryingKnowledge of SnowflakeExperience in Data EngineeringExperience with additional identity providers and cloud technologies
