Short Summary:
LightEdge Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers. This role involves partnering with various teams to develop secure, scalable, and business-aligned cloud architectures that accelerate digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Design secure, scalable private, public, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Serve as a lead technical architect for complex customer engagements.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop solution strategies.
- Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical presentations.
- Develop migration strategies for VMware and on-premises workloads.
- Leverage AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and Microsoft Azure Migrate and Modernize (AMM).
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and reusable reference architectures.
- Mentor Solutions Architects and contribute to best practices.
- Continuously expand expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud technologies.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or a similar role.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience with VMware virtualization and cloud migration planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
