LightEdge Solutions is developing the IT solutions that will propel businesses forward over the next 10 years. Using a combination of shared and private/dedicated platforms, LightEdge has been successful in offering businesses alternatives that streamline operations, improve reliability and reduce costs.
If you are passionate about creating real solutions that help businesses with cutting-edge technology, want to be challenged to think out of the box and be in a position where you can impact change on a daily basis, then LightEdge can offer you a dynamic corporate environment built on teamwork and personal responsibility.
The Sales Enablement Specialist partners with the Sales Enablement Manager to run Lightedge's sales enablement programs day to day. This role helps shape the onboarding program by gathering input from the Sales Organization, and once the Sales Enablement Manager finalizes the design, owns running it for the entire sales organization, end to end, from scheduling and logistics to hosting sessions, so it operates like a well-oiled machine. The coordinator also co-hosts or independently runs enablement-led sessions such as Sales Skills Lab, and builds and maintains the Sales and Enablement SharePoint site and ensures training content, learning systems, and internal communications are accurate, organized, and delivered on time.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building operational excellence, managing multiple priorities, and leading a room, and who doesn't wait to be told how to make things better. We're looking for someone who uses AI to work faster and smarter, brings forward ideas to improve how programs run, and strengthens a collaborative, high-ownership team culture.
