Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Process Improvement Consultant, you’ll serve as both a subject‑matter expert and a strategic change agent, driving standardization, leading new‑product and implementation projects, and championing continuous‑process enhancements across the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Lead process‑standardization initiatives – evaluate current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design repeatable, best‑practice processes that increase efficiency and quality.

  • Own end‑to‑end project delivery for new products, system implementations, and major change programs, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables stay on track; proactively alert stakeholders when risks arise.

  • Conduct requirements analysis and solution design – work with business owners and technical teams to translate business needs into streamlined, standardized processes and supporting tools.

  • Develop and maintain a repository of process assets – create process maps, SOPs, templates, and reporting dashboards that enable consistent execution and knowledge sharing.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration – partner with operations, IT, product, and compliance groups to align process changes with technology enablement and regulatory requirements.

  • Measure and report improvement outcomes – define key performance indicators, collect data, and present results that demonstrate value‑add (e.g., cycle‑time reduction, error‑rate decline, cost savings).

  • Coach and mentor team members – provide guidance on Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

  • Support change management – develop communication plans, training materials, and rollout strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

You have…

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
