About the Job

LifeWise is seeking a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented National Growth Rep to join the team. This person will report to the National Growth Director and will be focused on cultivating programs and growing LifeWise across their territory. They will do this by managing an individual pipeline of communities and making key connections with community leaders, church leaders, schools and others, while also identifying potential key donors, strategic partners and government officials that may be helpful in advancing the LifeWise mission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador and spokesperson throughout a territory, introducing the concept of LifeWise, communicating organizational priorities effectively and cultivating community interest
• Recruit local individuals to help lead the charge and join launch teams to start local programs
• Connect with existing networks of ministries, churches and organizations throughout the region to discover opportunities and identify local leaders
• Conduct “LifeWise 101” informational meetings throughout the region to raise awareness, grow community support and identify local leaders
• Identify key communities and schools to initiate and accelerate the 10-step launch process, building momentum in the area
• Identify potential donors and strategic partners and make introductions to LifeWise’s development department
• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual growth targets, effectively organizing and managing a pipeline of communities
• Track growth performance using Salesforce, analyzing data to optimize strategies and pipeline growth, while maintaining a high level of tenacity and upholding the organization’s core values

Qualifications and Experience

• A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred 
• Experience in pipeline management, sales or consultative growth strategies
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Experience building relationships with ministry leaders, executives, school administrators and community leaders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-oriented with a high level of tenacity
• Ability and willingness to travel for national events and within assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed
• Located in Florida
