WebEOC Support
Leidos is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the TSA FOCUS Program.
We are especially interested in connecting with current incumbent personnel supporting this mission who are interested in continuing their work and bringing their valuable mission knowledge and experience to Leidos.
The WebEOC Support role provides operational and technical support for the WebEOC platform and associated emergency-management workflows. The position supports users, performs configuration and troubleshooting activities, maintains service documentation, and coordinates with TSA stakeholders and technical support organizations to ensure continuity and reliable operation of WebEOC services. The role is particularly focused on maintaining operational readiness and responsive support during routine operations and operational events.
Work Location:
The role may require onsite support and operational-event support based on mission requirements.
Essential Duties Could Include the following:

Provide operational support for the WebEOC platform and assigned emergency-management workflows.

Respond to and resolve WebEOC user requests and incidents.

Perform approved WebEOC configuration and troubleshooting activities.

Document incidents, requests, changes, resolutions, and operational activities.

Escalate platform or system issues requiring higher-level technical support.

Coordinate with TSA stakeholders and technical support teams during operational events.

Support WebEOC continuity and operational readiness.

Maintain accurate service records, procedures, and technical documentation.

Support testing and validation of WebEOC functionality as required.

Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to workflows, procedures, and user support.

Coordinate WebEOC activities with Service Desk, engineering, infrastructure, and other FOCUS service teams.
Qualifications Could Include
Requirements will vary depending on the specific position and level. Qualifications may include:

Bachelors degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Relevant experience supporting WebEOC or comparable emergency-management/operational information systems.

Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and supporting end users.

Strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate effectively in an environment where service availability and operational responsiveness are critical.

Ability to work with approved government systems, procedures, and service management processes.

Ability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability
-
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
-
TSA, DHS, emergency-management, or other federal government experience.

WebEOC administration, configuration, or support experience.

Experience supporting emergency operations centers or mission-critical operational environments.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
