DevOps Engineer (Azure & Microsoft 365 Security)

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID with a focus on security.

• Practical experience deploying and managing Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android: device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 security: Conditional Access and MFA; familiarity with Microsoft Purview, and email security.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure: resource management, Azure RBAC, networking (VNet, NSG), Virtual Machines, Storage, Key Vault, and monitoring with Azure Monitor.

• Solid understanding of core security principles: least privilege, Zero Trust, identity protection, and data classification.

• English at Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Build device management from the ground up: configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, covering enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection and Defender for Endpoint policies.

• Protect company data: implement data loss prevention, sensitivity labels and retention in Microsoft Purview, and set up email protection with Defender for Office 365.

• Secure identity and access: manage Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, roles and permissions, and regular access reviews.

• Monitor and respond: investigate Microsoft Defender alerts, handle security incidents and steadily improve the company's Secure Score.

• Work with Azure on client projects: deploy and configure Azure resources, manage access and communicate directly with clients.

• Own your work end to end: document configurations, policies and changes, so everything you build stays clear and maintainable.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Cloud: policy configuration, alert analysis, incident investigation.

• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.

• Basic CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions).

• Experience with Defender for Cloud Apps and Windows Autopilot.

• Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
