What you’ll do

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, building a deep understanding of each client’s business, challenges and opportunities.
Act as a trusted partner to clients, clearly communicating Landor’s capabilities and identifying opportunities to grow existing relationships and support new business pursuits.
Develop clear, compelling project proposals, scopes of work and presentations aligned with client needs.
Collaborate with teams across Landor to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget and on scope, constructively addressing any work that is off brief or requires refinement.
Lead regular client status calls, manage reporting and communicate findings and recommendations clearly across written, verbal and presentation formats.
Ensure all client-facing correspondence, materials, proposals and presentations are accurate, relevant, high quality and reflective of Landor’s brand.
Partner with resource management and Business or Client Directors to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and aligned with scope and budget.
Work with Client Leaders to resolve pricing, payment and scope-management challenges.
Partner with Finance to manage reporting, invoicing, debt collection, timesheets, budgets, forecasts and revenue.
Maintain accurate archives of key client deliverables, credentials and case studies.

What you’ll need

Experience in a similar role within a brand consultancy, advertising agency , business consultancy or similar
Comfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels up to brand manager level
Excellent project management and relationship building skills, but respectful of and comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Strategic thinker – confident when inputting into strategic creative work, through the lens of the client’s brief, enabling them to input and recommend clear next steps and actions
Appetite for understanding the Landor offer, for new information, new business and new ideas
Financially savvy – can articulate and understand financial goals for the business and for team members
Capable of motivating and encouraging junior team members
