Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand spiels, announcements, and daily instructions for driver alignment.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on delivery performance, driver feedback, and overall supply status.
- Support planning and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance driver engagement.
- Manage updates to driver accounts, including vehicle changes and contact information.
- Execute daily driver cash-outs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process driver KYC applications across platforms, identifying process improvements.
- Oversee daily driver platform withdrawals, ensuring secure and efficient execution.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Familiarity with KYC processes, financial applications, or platform-based operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) for reporting and data tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
- Adaptability in handling real-time operational challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
