Short Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager leads and motivates the Sales Acquisition team to meet and exceed goals, build a high-achieving team, and maintain relationships with new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in local business partnerships and speaking engagements
- Strategize for local business development opportunities
- Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts
- Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities and retention
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred
- Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage
- Proficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams
- Must be willing to work within the office daily and travel for business when needed
