Title: Data Engineer Location: Remote - United States

We are hiring Data Engineers to join a team driving software and data engineering for a critical initiative for a premier banking client. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cloud-native technologies and modern architecture.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in application development with strong Python programming skills.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- 4+ years working with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with data migration activities in cloud environments, focusing on enterprise-scale data movement and transformation.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Familiarity with distributed data processing and batch/stream processing tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or AWS Kinesis.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or similar.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Java development experience.
- Experience with AWS Glue or other AWS data integration services.
- Proficiency with UNIX/Linux environments, including basic shell scripting.
- Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile engineering practices.
- Prior consulting experience or aptitude for client-facing collaborative environments.

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
