Short Summary:
Kubikware™ is seeking an experienced Endpoint Management QA Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and endpoint management. This role focuses on designing, executing, and improving deployment validation processes across Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft Intune in enterprise environments.
- Administer Jamf Pro.
- Validate software deployments across Windows and macOS environments.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and analyze logs.
- Design, improve, and document operational processes.
- Create repeatable testing and validation procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate testing workflows and implement best practices.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
