Senior Product Marketing Manager, KrispCX | Krisp

Voice is becoming the way people interact with AI. Krisp has spent years solving the hardest challenges in real-time voice: noise, accents, languages, turn-taking, and trust. Contact centers already run on our Noise Cancellation, Accent Conversion, Voice Translation, Agent Assist, Speech Analytics, and Voice Security products.

Voice Agents is our newest platform, built on that foundation. We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help grow it in the market.

You’ll join early, while the product is still taking shape. You’ll help decide who it’s for, how it grows, and what ships next. You’ll define how Krisp positions itself in the voice agents space, one of the most competitive and fast-growing areas in AI, backed by voice AI technology already proven in contact centers.

The team moves fast, so you’ll see your impact quickly. Alongside growing a brand-new product, you’ll own projects across six products already in the market. Few PMM roles offer both.

This isn’t a role where you wait for a brief. You’ll identify open questions, make the calls, and bring the right people along.

What you’ll do

You’ll own product marketing for Voice Agents and be a hands-on member of the PMM team across our portfolio. Both are core to the role.

Voice Agents

• Drive product marketing for Voice Agents, from early growth initiatives to feature and market launches, aligning Marketing, GTM, and Product around a shared plan.
• Partner with Product on the roadmap and packaging, using market and customer insights to help shape what ships next.
• Define the ICP, use cases, and competitive differentiation, backed by market and competitor research.
• Own positioning, messaging, and copywriting, including the Voice Agents website.
• Work with the PMM team to integrate Voice Agents into our existing offerings, ensuring the portfolio tells a cohesive story.
• Build sales enablement materials, collateral, and demo experiences that communicate the product’s value quickly.

Across the portfolio

• Own PMM projects and lead launches for existing products, from planning through delivery.
• Build sales enablement materials, collateral, and demo experiences for prospects and events.
• Develop customer stories and website content in collaboration with CX, Sales, and Growth.
• Track competitors and market shifts, keeping messaging consistent across products and channels.
• Identify gaps across the portfolio and step in before they become problems.

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, or contact center technology.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 or growing an early-stage product, including positioning, launches, and traction.
• A track record of owning outcomes, not just shipping deliverables. You can point to measurable results you’ve driven.
• The ability to work independently: set priorities, unblock yourself, and operate with minimal direction.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• The ability to manage a major launch alongside several smaller projects without compromising quality.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling value propositions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Especially valuable

• Experience with conversational AI, voice agents, or LLM-based products.
• A background in contact center, CX, or CPaaS markets.
• Experience building demos or interactive product experiences.
• Experience using AI tools in your daily work.
