We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of analytics for Krisp’s Call Center and Developer businesses.
This is a high-ownership role. We’re looking for someone who can go beyond responding to analytics requests: understand the business, identify the right questions to ask, build the data foundation needed to answer them, and turn data into insights that influence decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own analytics end to end for our Call Center and Developer businesses
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand their goals and translate them into measurable metrics
- Define and maintain key business and product metrics
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and problems
- Build and maintain data models that provide reliable foundations for analysis and reporting
- Build reports and dashboards that make important metrics easy to understand and act on
- Proactively identify areas that require deeper analysis rather than waiting for requests
- Communicate findings clearly, including the reasoning, assumptions, and limitations behind the analysis
- Apply data science and statistical methods where they provide value to business or product decisions
- Use AI agents and AI-assisted workflows extensively to accelerate analysis, investigation, reporting, and day-to-day work
- Take ownership of data quality and investigate inconsistencies when the numbers do not make sense.
What we are looking for
- Strong professional background in data analytics, with exposure to data science and statistical analysis
- Excellent SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytical data structures
- Hands-on experience with dbt Cloud, including building and maintaining analytical models
- Hands-on experience building reports, dashboards, and analytical models
- Advanced knowledge of AI agents and demonstrated ability to use them effectively in analytical workflows
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of proactivity and the ability to identify what needs to be done without waiting for detailed instructions
- Strong sense of ownership, with the ability and willingness to own an analytics domain from problem definition through implementation and communication of results
- Ability to challenge assumptions, validate conclusions, and dig deeper when the data tells an unexpected story
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
