Short Summary:
Join Kraken to support North American clients through their technology transformation journeys, managing client projects related to the Kraken platform and enhancing customer experiences in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with client counterparts (product owners and business owners).
- Serve as the first point of contact for tech development and escalation with customers.
- Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally.
- Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
- Drive delivery and initiatives across teams, acting as a link to the client.
Requirement:
- Relevant domain experience in Energy, billing systems, CRM, customer journeys, or related fields.
- Strong agile delivery experience and understanding of technology trends.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Technical mindset with experience in the energy supply sector.
