Senior Enterprise Account Executive

About Kontakt.io

Inside health systems, where every second can matter, operations are still spread across dozens of disconnected tools and platforms. Kontakt.io is changing that.

We combine proprietary hardware, AI-powered intelligence, and deep integrations with the technology health systems already have in place to build real-time understanding of what's happening across their operations. That intelligence becomes the execution layer care teams have been missing, helping them make smarter decisions and deliver better patient care.

Backed by Goldman Sachs and trusted by leading health systems including HCA Healthcare, Sutter Health, AdventHealth, Trinity Health, Northwell Health, Cleveland Clinic, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we’ve more than doubled our revenue and are rapidly scaling with a clear path toward $100M in annual recurring revenue.

If you're excited to solve hard problems and help health systems deliver better care, we'd love to meet you!

Job Description

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to win new health systems and grow them over time. You'll own a territory, build your own pipeline, and close complex deals with C-level executives at some of the largest health systems in the US. You'll also expand existing accounts, but most of your time will go to new business.

You've sold something hard into healthcare for years, ideally SaaS, data infrastructure, or predictive analytics. You can keep a long sales cycle moving and get time with executives who don't usually take vendor meetings. You know how to figure out who really makes decisions inside a health system. Your forecasts are honest and your CRM is up to date.

You'll have a dedicated SDR, good enablement, and a leadership team that wants you to succeed. You'll also have reference customers at major health systems, which makes early conversations a lot easier. You'll be responsible for your territory and your number.

Your first six months

• 30 days: Learn the product, our tools, and the customers we already have.

• 60 days: Start outbound, book meetings, and build early pipeline.

• 90 days: Have real opportunities moving.

• 6 months: Know your accounts, buyers, and numbers well enough to run the territory on your own.

What You'll Do

• Own a geographic territory and build a data-driven plan for engaging new health systems, hospitals, and regional provider groups

• Drive the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close — across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

• Expand existing accounts by identifying new use cases and deepening relationships with key decision-makers

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders: CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and clinical and operational leaders

• Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense to prioritize accounts, sharpen engagement, and forecast with precision

• Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, and Leadership to refine your approach and maximize impact at every stage

• Represent Kontakt.io at key industry conferences and trade shows as a strategic pipeline-building tool

You're a Fit If You...

• Have 8+ years of success in complex B2B sales, ideally in healthcare SaaS, data infrastructure, or predictive analytics

• Understand long-cycle, consultative sales and know how to build credibility with Ops leaders, CIOs, CFOs, and clinical stakeholders

• Are a self-directed territory owner with strong outbound habits and the ability to maximize SDR support

• Bring rigor to your pipeline; clean Salesforce hygiene, honest forecasting, and insight-led selling

• Balance independence with collaboration; you welcome leadership visibility and work well cross-functionally

• Are experienced with Salesforce, Gong, and/or 6sense (bonus)

Logistics, Perks & Benefits

• This is a remote, field-based role, with regular travel to meet customers in your territory.

• Equity in a high-growth company scaling toward $100M+ ARR and backed by leading investors.

• Full health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and all the tools you need to do your best work.
