About the role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for helping bring the brand to life across digital assets (emails, site banners, social media content, paid media banners) to ensure that the integrity of the brand is present in all facets. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working in a similar in-house brand in the fashion/retail space.

·       Design and execute all digital assets – emails, site assets, social content, paid media banners

·       Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project

·       Ability to collaborate well with other designers, copywriters and marketing team

You’ll bring to the role

·       At least 2 years of experience at similar brand in fashion/retail space

·       Strong typography skills a must

·       Must be extremely organized and have a keen eye for all details

·       Must have a collaborative attitude and open and receptive to feedback

·       In depth knowledge of the digital design and how to apply an idea to each platform

·       Must be able to clearly articulate and present creative ideas

·       Self-starter, ability to act and follow through on projects independently

·       Ability to reprioritize projects and work flow based on business needs

·       Must have experience working in-house for similar brand

·       Must be comfortable with volume and fast-paced environment

·       Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process in a team environment

·       Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field

·       Expert knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite

·       The target salary range for this role is: $66,500 - $70,000

• Hybrid:  This position works in a hybrid model, with required days worked in the Ann Taylor office location in New York, NY as defined by business needs.
