Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy agentic AI systems for seamless security integration into engineering workflows.
- Own development, maintenance, and improvement of internal security agents and automation platform.
- Define risk-based telemetry and alerting to guide engineering teams toward high-impact security decisions.
- Manage cloud security posture, driving hardening, automated remediation, and continuous monitoring.
- Build internal tools and SDKs for security automation and agentic systems.
- Provide technical guidance on building and operating agents safely at scale.
- Partner with engineering leadership to address security gaps with agent-driven improvements.

Requirement:
- Significant hands-on experience with agentic AI systems in production.
- Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration, and reasoning loops.
- Proven track record in security domains: vulnerability assessment, policy enforcement, access management, or compliance automation.
- Deep expertise in platform infrastructure and cloud-native systems (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with security tools integration and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in a systems language (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Strong communication skills in English.
