About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented EHS Compliance & Onboarding Administrator to support our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding and compliance administration activities, maintaining accurate records, monitoring training and certification requirements, and supporting audit and reporting processes across corporate and project environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate EHS onboarding and offboarding activities for employees, agency workers, and approved contractors.
  • Maintain onboarding records, training documentation, certification registers, and compliance trackers.
  • Monitor training and certification expiries, issue reminders, and escalate outstanding actions.
  • Support document control activities, including version control, document distribution, and record management.
  • Maintain EHS databases and produce regular compliance, training, and onboarding reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation and evidence gathering.
  • Coordinate training bookings, attendance records, and training matrices.
  • Organise EHS meetings, maintain action logs, and distribute meeting documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative and compliance processes.

About You

Essential

  • Previous experience in administration, compliance, onboarding, document control, or a similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining records, registers, and controlled documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and work independently.

Desirable

  • Experience within EHS, construction, engineering, or project-based environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
  • Familiarity with training, HR, EHS, or document management systems.
  • Relevant administration, business support, document control, or EHS qualifications.
