Project Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support project planning, execution, and control. This role combines the functions of a coordinator and junior project manager and requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and a proactive approach to problem solving. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the smooth running of projects by coordinating teams, monitoring deadlines, maintaining documentation, and supporting communication with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and tracking project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines and key milestones. - Communicating complex information in a clear and understandable manner. - Communicating and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure completion of tasks and alignment with project objectives. - Monitoring data quality and promptly escalating risks or issues that may impact scope, timelines, or quality. - Providing regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, aligning expectations, and ensuring transparency. - Maintaining and updating key project documentation: budget reports, trackers, meeting minutes, delivery schedules. - Monitoring production KPIs (speed, quality), conducting random quality checks to maintain consistent results. - Identifying and escalating scope changes at client request to the appropriate internal teams. - Organizing and conducting meetings with the team/clients to agree on goals, discuss issues, and discuss project status. - Assisting in resolving project issues and optimizing work processes to improve efficiency. Requirements: - Higher education in business, IT, or a related field (preferred) - Experience in project coordination, operations, or support - Understanding of the project lifecycle and basic Project Management principles - Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking skills - Strong communication skills, ability to clearly communicate information - Ability to handle risks and problems, results-oriented - Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) - Skills in working with spreadsheets, reports, and calculations - Mandatory language requirements Fluency in English and Russian/Ukrainian (oral and written) will be an advantage Experience in data annotation or markup; Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Kanban; Experience working with cross-functional teams; Basic knowledge of IT processes and software development.
