What you will do

Owns the daily commercial management of assigned ePharmacy customer: steering revenue, market share, budgets, and forecasts, and proactively correcting deviations to deliver growth targets.
Leads customer execution and negotiations: annual talks with purchasing and marketing leads, and translating agreements into concrete actions across assortment, pricing, promotions, and activation.
Acceleration, category & execution champion: Identifies and accelerates incremental growth opps across SC brands, acting as project‑manager‑like owner for high‑impact initiatives. Leverages category insights, analytics, and digital shelf expertise to prioritize opps and drive cross‑functional execution, delivering fast, measurable impact beyond day‑to‑day customer management.
Supporting sales teams and sales leaderships with business analysis across the online marketplace, including sales share and 6P's: product (assortment) placement (search, taxonomy, digital shelf), promotion (incrementality/ROI), pricing (MFP, subscriptions), purchase fulfillment (home delivery, 1-day, 2-day) and persuasion (ratings, reviews)
