Drive and own the marketing initiatives for GCC operations. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and strategy — leading integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, managing key agency and partner relationships, and ensuring marketing investment is tightly aligned with business impact. You'll be a critical voice in shaping how Kavak grows its funnel and stays ahead of a fast-moving, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Leadership: Create, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both online (digital, social, performance) and offline (OOH, print, events, activations) channels. Channel Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage strategic channel partnerships that expand Kavak's reach and drive incremental value. Media Agency Management: Coordinate and oversee media agency efforts end-to-end — from briefing and planning through execution, optimization, and performance reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Strategy team to determine where marketing funding should be allocated and to assess the business impact of each campaign. Upper-Funnel Growth: Develop and lead upper-funnel marketing initiatives (brand awareness, consideration) with a clear line of sight to how they translate into downstream conversion. Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to track what competitors are offering, identifying gaps and opportunities to keep Kavak's proposition sharp and differentiated. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and / or Social Media 3–5 years of experience running online, offline, and multimedia marketing campaigns. Strong attention to detail, with a rigorous approach to campaign execution and AI reporting. Market-savvy, with a sharp understanding of consumer behavior and competitive dynamics. Agility to pivot quickly and refocus priorities as business needs evolve. A growth mindset, with a bias toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Technical Skills Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio / Power BI, or similar dashboarding tools. Paid Media & Performance: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Programmatic/DSP platforms. Marketing Automation & CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. Project & Campaign Management: Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar. Creative & Content Collaboration: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), Figma. Media Planning & Buying: Familiarity with media agency tools/platforms for OOH, TV, and print planning. Competitive & Market Intelligence: SEMrush, Similarweb, or comparable tools for tracking competitor activity. Collaboration Suite: Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365; Slack for team communication. What Success Looks Like Marketing campaigns that are well-integrated across channels and clearly tied to business objectives. Strong, productive relationships with media agencies and channel partners. A marketing funnel where upper-funnel investment demonstrably contributes to conversion. A team and function that stays ahead of the competitor moves and adapts the market strategy accordingly.
