Head of Influence Marketing

We are an in-house product company in the iGaming industry, building and scaling our own products across international markets. We are currently looking for a Head of Influence Marketing who will lead and grow our media buying function. In this role, you will define and execute the traffic acquisition strategy, build and develop a high-performing team, scale performance campaigns, and strengthen brand awareness across multiple markets. 🧩 Your Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall media buying strategy; Lead, manage, and develop the media buying team, ensuring effective resource allocation and ownership; Onboard, train, mentor, and support team members’ professional growth; Prepare reports and oversee the financial performance of the department; Drive profitability and maximize return on advertising investments; Audit, optimize, and scale existing advertising campaigns; Expand brand awareness while strengthening performance marketing initiatives; Introduce new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve campaign efficiency and reduce acquisition costs; Identify new traffic partners and build scalable acquisition funnels; Regularly analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data insights; Develop and implement recommendations to improve key marketing metrics; Launch and manage new traffic partnerships; Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop new advertising concepts, formats, and creatives; Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and competitive advantages. ❇️ What We’re Looking For Hard Skills At least 3 years of experience in marketing, including 1-2 years in the iGaming industry across multiple GEOs (experience with the CIS region is mandatory); Proven experience working with grey-hat industries; Strong understanding of iGaming trends, audience behavior, and market specifics; Hands-on experience with platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, VK, Discord, and Telegram; Experience managing both performance marketing and brand awareness campaigns; Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and high-volume campaigns; Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate traffic quality and campaign performance; Solid understanding of ROI and profitability calculations; Extensive experience working with influencers of all sizes, from micro to macro creators, including bloggers, streamers, communities, ambassadors, and top-tier industry influencers; Experience building long-term partnerships with influencers and managing communication throughout the entire campaign lifecycle; Proven ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including creative concepts, campaign scenarios, and promotional ideas; Experience training and mentoring team members, preferably from junior level; Strong ability to analyze, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns; Excellent operational and leadership skills; Creativity and innovative thinking.
