Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator

Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator to support our team.

This is a full-time remote position. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This is a 7-month period of performance with potential for extension.

Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator Responsibilities

• Build the counselor workspace: caseload views, member records, notes, and appointments.
• Build the tier assignment screen, including the ability for a counselor to override the assigned tier and record why.
• Build the waiver workflow, where a counselor confirms a member qualifies for an exemption, records it, and writes the note explaining the circumstances.
• Build class scheduling and enrollment, including multi part classes that a member can book one piece at a time.
• Build three reports and a compliance dashboard.
• Implement permission sets and profiles against the architect's sharing design.

Senior Salesforce Configurator/Administrator Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate's degree with 4+ years of additional experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant. Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
• Federal or Department of Defense program experience, data loading and migration.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST be able to pass a US Government background check
