Program Manager
Overview
Joint Strategic Technologies (JST) is seeking a Program Manager to support our team. This is a full-time remote position with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C. This position is contingent based upon contract award.
Program Manager Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for DOT.
- Coordinate scheduling and administrative activities supporting program implementation.
- Lead the initial kickoff meeting with DOT.
- Review program objectives, expectations, deliverables, and implementation requirements.
- Develop and maintain the program implementation approach.
- Establish and manage timelines, processes, communication strategies, and service-delivery activities.
- Maintain communication with the DOT Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Resolve challenges and issues related to quality of services.
- Support participant intake and coach matching.
- Coordinate scheduling and participant communications.
- Support coaching agreements, communications, marketing, data collection, and reporting.
- Track program activities, assignments, engagement status, and performance.
- Support concurrent requirements across DOT Operating Administrations.
Program Manager Qualifications
- Current, active International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. *only required if PM will provide coaching services.
- Minimum of five years of experience working in or supporting the Federal Government.
- Relevant Federal contractor or consultant experience may satisfy the five-year Federal experience requirement.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Demonstrated program management and coordination experience.
- Experience managing schedules, administrative processes, communications, and service delivery.
- Experience coordinating with Government customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve program performance and service-quality issues.
- Ability to be identified by name as Key Personnel in the proposal.
- Ability to provide a current one-page resume documenting relevant qualifications and experience.
Required Clearances and Screenings
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
