JOB TITLE: Virtual Sales Associate- Canada

Hours: Average 10 hours per week, may be asked to work up to 15 hours per week during peak sales times

ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused individual to support yearbook sales, marketing initiatives, customer communications, and account management activities. This flexible role provides a variety of support to an active Sales Representative for Jostens Yearbook- the leading provider of yearbook products to schools across Canada!

YOU WILL:

Collaborate with Sales Representatives on business planning, follow-up, and account management.
Manage timelines, deadlines, and project progress with accuracy and attention to detail.
Create and update marketing materials using Adobe tools.
Facilitate mail merges, email marketing, reporting, and database updates.
Support yearbook marketing campaigns and provide exceptional service to our customers

YOU HAVE (Required):

Eligibility Must have High school diploma or equivalent and legally eligible to work in Canada.
Reliability to work an average 10 hours per week (majority of hours will be Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. MST).
Stable internet connection and home office setup.
Focus and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with business partners and customers (students, teachers, administrators, school staff, etc.)
Outstanding organizational, planning, and administrative abilities with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/PDF (including mail merges, marketing communications, etc.)
Knowledge of graphic design and digital publishing software (Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

GREAT TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Successful completion of relevant degree and/or 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, administrative, or customer service.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce). Preference given to Salesforce experience.
Competency with digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Canva Pro, etc.).
Work History with school systems, yearbook environments, or K-12 educational settings.
Location: Preference given to those residing in focused sales region (Alberta, British Columbia or Saskatchewan)
