Requirements

You are an Exceptional Software Engineer: you have a track record of building complex, reliable systems and possess a deep understanding of the full stack, from infrastructure to ML-serving.
You are "AI Ready": you treat tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc. as extensions of your own capabilities to move faster and think bigger.
You are confident in making decisions grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
