We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our sales operations team in Brazil. You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Support key account managers across the full sales cycle in the mid-market and enterprise segments
• Structure new types of sales proposals before signing: logistics setup, container and product details, payment procedures
• Run post-sales operations: SLA tracking at each deal stage, deal certification checks, verification of procedure compliance
• Resolve delivery delays, customs issues, returns and discounts
• Coordinate with the supply team in China on stock, product details and shipping constraints
• Design end-to-end processes for new sales flows and automate routine work with AI tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years in sales operations or financial operations
• B2B background
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems: SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
• Comfortable using AI tools to support sales operations and automate processes
• Structured analytical thinking
• Strong customer-facing communication

Preferred

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate operational routines
• Background in accounts payable or another financial operations function
