Your Responsibilities
As a IT Development Program Employee for John Deere located in the Quad Cities (Moline, IL/Davenport, IA), Des Moines, IA or Chicago, IL , you will:
- Grow capabilities in modern software development technology and practices through challenging and exciting opportunities.
- Two diverse rotations allow the engineer a unique opportunity to experience different business capability areas and technology stacks early in their career
- Promotes building a broad network of contacts by working on different scrum teams. Below are examples of software engineering rotation areas.

What Skills You Need
- Previous technical experience through an internship or part-time student position preferred
- Experience with Python, Java or JavaScript preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a technical assessment and code pairing interview.

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
