Project

Join a growing engineering team responsible for building and evolving critical business capabilities around customer onboarding, payments, identity verification and CRM integrations within a modern financial platform. You will work on backend services supporting customer lifecycle management, KYC processes, payment orchestration and integrations with cloud-based identity and CRM solutions. The role requires close collaboration with architects, product teams and other engineers to deliver scalable, reliable and secure solutions in a regulated environment. Responsibilities you’ll have:

• Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
• Develop and maintain integrations with payment providers and KYC solutions
• Integrate authentication and identity services based on AWS Cognito
• Design scalable APIs and microservices
• Ensure security, reliability and compliance of business-critical systems
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and cross-functional engineering teams
• Contribute to technical design decisions and architecture discussions
• Mentor less experienced engineers and share engineering best practices
• Leverage AI tools to improve software delivery and engineering productivity

Expected competences and knowledge:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and developing microservices
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dataverse integrations
• Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity management solutions
• Experience integrating external payment providers
• Understanding of KYC, onboarding or customer verification processes
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
• Good communication skills and fluent English
• Engineering degree is highly valued

• Experience within regulated financial services
