CyberArk PAM Developer - Jit Team

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on support a PAM (Privileged Access Management) as a CyberArk Developer, responsible for full-scope application onboarding, development of custom application connectors, and extending PAM controls across the organization. The role involves gathering onboarding requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing CyberArk expertise within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities you’ll have

• Design, develop, and maintain CyberArk custom application connectors
• Onboard applications, databases, and platforms into the CyberArk ecosystem
• Develop and enhance SQL connectors and privileged access integrations
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into PAM solutions
• Ensure PAM controls align with security standards, policies, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams in an Agile environment
• Produce technical documentation and support onboarding processes
• Drive PAM best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrations within CyberArk
• Knowledge of privileged access management, identity security, and access governance
• Understanding of security principles such as Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
