YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers shopping for their next KIA or pre-owned vehicle.

Own the Inbox: Respond promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries through phone calls, texts, and emails.
Turn Leads Into Appointments: Build rapport, answer questions, and schedule test drives that bring customers into the dealership.
Create a Great Customer Experience: Help customers explore vehicle options, understand features, and find a vehicle that fits their needs.
Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up with customers, stay connected with past buyers, and generate repeat business and referrals.
Manage Your Pipeline: Use our CRM and digital tools to organize leads, track follow-ups, and keep opportunities moving forward.
