- Partners with North America architects and process owners to govern fit-gap decisions and regional extensions, and feed regional requirements and lessons learned back into the global blueprint.
- Develop and implement SAP and enterprise application roadmaps, including S/4HANA transformation, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and cloud adoption, aligned to business goals.
- Govern integration architecture between SAP and surrounding platforms such as Salesforce.com, UKG, Martech, MES, WMS, TMS and third-party logistics systems.
- Identify and evaluate new technology solutions and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Program Delivery & Regional Migrations: Collaborate with North America leaders who own key program resources (e.g., process owners, architects, developers and data teams) to secure, plan and prioritize shared capacity for regional rollouts.
- Lead the rollout of the North America global SAP blueprint to EMEA, APAC and MASA, including the planning and delivery of S/4HANA migrations, system consolidations and upgrades.
