🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter | Remote
We’re looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team and handle the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.

🔎 Responsibilities:
• Source and attract IT specialists
• Conduct independent sourcing and process inbound applications
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Present vacancies and the company to candidates
• Support candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process
• Collaborate with the team
• Work towards results and meet recruiting KPIs
💻 Requirements:
• 6+ months of recruitment experience
• Genuine interest in developing a career in IT recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and articulate communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and proactive approach to tasks
• Fluency in Russian and English
• Comfortable working remotely in an online office format
🌍 What we offer:
• Fully remote position
• $1,000–1,500 + bonuses
• Schedule: 5/2, 09:00–19:00 (UTC+3)
• 1-hour lunch break + 2 × 15-minute breaks
• Permanent online/video office with the team
• Work in both Russian and English
