Associate Product Manager
Summary/objective
Core Job Duties
- Partner with the Group Product Manager (GPM) to support product strategy, priorities, and quarterly objectives for the ATS platform.
- Manage backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning activities in collaboration with Engineering teams.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and Figma to create early concepts, document workflows, and summarize product requirements.
- Define, document, and enhance user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with UX and QA teams to review designs and validate product functionality before release.
- Monitor feature development progress and support launch readiness activities, including release documentation and internal enablement.
- Participate in customer conversations, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews facilitated by Product leadership.
- Contribute to product documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and user guides.
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to support additional product-related initiatives as business needs evolve.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience creating detailed technical user stories, requirements, and use cases.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience using or a strong interest in AI tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, or requirements generation.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating on wireframes, user flows, and designs using Figma or similar platforms.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and PowerPoint communication skills.
- Understanding of data structures, integrations, system dependencies, and workflow management is preferred.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while managing shifting priorities and maintaining productivity.
- Self-motivated professional with a desire to grow into a more strategic product management role.
- Collaborative team player who confidently asks questions, shares ideas, and respectfully challenges assumptions when appropriate.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, feedback, and professional development.
