Middle Product Manager, MSP (AI Builder)

About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Manager who builds. You'll own email security products for our MSP partners end to end, from discovery to launch. Here, PMs don't stop at specs. You'll prototype and build with AI and push pull requests that developers review and ship.

You're a self-learner and self-sufficient. You pick up new tools on your own, own initiatives with minimal oversight, and drive them to results.

What You'll Do:

•      Own products end to end: vision, roadmap, delivery, and launch for MSP email security products.

•      Build with AI every day: prototype flows, build features, and open PRs for developer review.

•      Move fast on discovery: use AI to turn partner feedback, usage data, and competitive intel into clear decisions.

•      Measure what matters: define KPIs and use data to guide prioritization.

•      Be the voice of the MSP partner: work directly with partners, engineering, design, sales, CS, and marketing.

•      Keep learning: stay ahead of new AI tools and practices, and bring them into how we build.

•      3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS - Must

•      Proven experience building with AI, at work or in personal projects - real working products built with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) that you can show - Must

•      Clear understanding of how product is transforming in the AI world - how products are built, and what they need to become - Must

•      Technical background - comfortable in a technical conversation with developers (APIs, integrations, Git, SQL)

•      Professional proficiency in English - Must

•      Self-learner, ambitious, and resilient - you teach yourself new tools fast, set a high bar, and push through setbacks

•      Experience with a dev team that builds with AI - PMs contributing code through AI, developers reviewing

•      Bonus: B2B cybersecurity, email security, or MSP and channel experience
