Job Summary 

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Global Platforms & Technology Machine Learning Associate to join our AI Services team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing applied AI systems, including Large Language Model (LLM) applications and Agentic platforms, to solve real-world enterprise challenges. 

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will: 

● Responsibility 1: Develop and implement AI features for Agentic platform, focusing on System APIs and long term enterprise software development. 

● Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering leads and peer groups environment to scale AI products for global enterprise use cases.

● Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with core computer science fundamentals. Such as data structure and algorithms, theory of computation, discrete mathematics and software engineering -- not champions in theory but can be used in applications and organizational engineering standards by writing clean, efficient code in Golang or JVM languages. 

What You’ll Bring 

The ideal candidate will have: 

● Computer Science or related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduated May 2026 or graduating May 2027. 

● Strong knowledge of Machine Learning as deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning, core algorithms, and mathematics. 

● Proven ability in Golang or JVM languages (Java/Kotlin), with experience in API services development and a high-level proficiency of Python. 

● Data engineering background in applications such as batch processing and query engineers is a significant plus. 

Reasonably expected salary range: $44,600.00 - $55,700.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
